GDPR-compliant Data Protection Policy for Employees

Are you ready for GDPR? The data protection laws implementing the General Data Protection Regulation which will come into force on 25 May 2018 increase liability for employers and data processors, and significantly raise the financial stakes for employers.

The maximum level of fines under the GDPR is EUR 20 million or 4% of the total worldwide annual turnover of the undertaking (not the company), whichever is higher. This is a significant increase from the monetary penalty notices of up to £500,000 that the ICO can levy under the DPA 1998.

If you have not updated your Data Protection Policy, we can help.

We can provide you with a GDPR-compliant template Data Protection Policy for Employees, Workers and Consultants for £150 plus VAT.
