Rachel Burnett
Rachel Burnett is an Associate in the Wills & Inheritance team at Clifton Ingram. Rachel advises clients on a wide range of private client matters, including Wills, estate planning, trusts, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Declarations of Trust.
Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2013, Rachel has dedicated her career exclusively to private client law. She has extensive experience helping individuals and families plan for the future, protect their assets and manage the administration of estates with confidence and clarity. Rachel is valued for her approachable manner, attention to detail and ability to provide practical, tailored advice to clients at every stage of life.
Rachel graduated with an LLB from the University of Kent in 2009 and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford, in 2011. She became a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2018 and is also a Dementia Friend.
Rachel's expertise includes drafting Wills, advising on succession planning and wealth preservation, establishing and administering trusts, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, and assisting with the administration of estates. She is committed to delivering a personal and compassionate service, helping clients navigate often sensitive matters with reassurance and professionalism.
