Elaine has specialised in Residential Conveyancing for over 30 years and is truly experienced in handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; supporting her clients throughout the process. Elaine also specialises in grants of new lease, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and non-statutory lease extensions.

When Elaine is not working, she enjoys running and is a member of a local running club and has completed several marathons and in 2021 took on the 100k Jurassic Coast Challenge.
