Wokingham Alzheimer’s Café launches

Clifton Ingram are proud to sponsor the newly launched Wokingham Alzheimer's Café which provides a place for those living with dementia-related illnesses and their carers to get together to offer mutual support, friendship and engage in activities.

Meetings at the Alzheimer's Café are planned for the third Wednesday in each month (with the exception of August) in the Bradbury Community Centre, Wokingham Methodist Church in Rose Street.

The next meeting will be at 13.30 on Wednesday June 17 2015, when Alison Cross from Clifton Ingram Solicitors will talk on Lasting Powers of Attorney – a subject of great interest to those who may not be able to continue managing their own affairs at some point. In July, Berkshire Fire and Rescue will talk on fire prevention, and will offer supply and installation of free smoke alarms to those in need of them.

Clifton Ingram is a member of Dementia Action Alliance and train our staff to become dementia friendly.
