Clifton Ingram’s Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property teams (led respectively by Barry Niven and Tim Read) have advised Longacres Garden Centres on the purchase of Springfield Garden Centre from Wyevale.
The Chelmsford acquisition now expands Longacres’ portfolio to 5 centres, joining Bagshot, Shepperton, Ashford and Woking.
