Between April and October 2016, 300 of Clifton Ingram’s clients completed client care surveys which asked them to rate different aspects of the firm’s service.
According to the survey results, 100% of Clifton Ingram’s clients would recommend the firm and felt that the information and advice provided by Clifton Ingram was explained sufficiently. Clients called Clifton Ingram’s service as “first class”, “exemplary” and “always excellent”.
Significantly, 99% of clients said Clifton Ingram’s staff easily understood their needs and were diligent, attentive, friendly and helpful – all core values to the firm.
The clients surveyed also said that staff dealing with their matters went “beyond what we had expected”, that they were “delighted with the level of service, efficiency and professionalism of staff” and that the service they received as “excellent and considerate”.
The firm also gained high scores when rating the speed of response to client enquiries and crucially if the client’s felt Clifton Ingram’s service was value for money.
