Rashi Dawson
Rashi became a Partner in October 2024, bringing over a decade of specialised experience in family law to her role. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2008, after completing her law degree at Kingston University and her Legal Practice Course at BPP University, London.
With more than 10 years of expertise in family law, Rashi has developed a reputation for handling complex financial matters involving high net worth clients, intricate business structures, and international assets. Her depth of experience also extends to resolving disputes between unmarried couples, as well as matters involving children. She frequently represents clients in initial court hearings, guiding them through what can often be an emotional and challenging process with clarity and empathy.
In addition to her litigation work, Rashi advises on pre-marital and cohabitation agreements, helping her clients safeguard their assets and ensure the best possible outcomes for their future.
Rashi is an active member of the legal community. She is a member of Resolution and sits on the Oxfordshire committee, is an active committee member in the Thames Valley Family Lawyers Committee and serves as a trustee for her local Citizens Advice Bureau.
