Rashi qualified as a Solicitor in 2008, having completed her law degree at Kingston University followed by her Legal Practice Course at BPP, London.
Rashi has specialised in family law for over 10 years, representing clients in a variety of matters, with particular emphasis on financial matters of a high net worth involving complex business structures and foreign assets.
She also has considerable experience dealing with disputes between unmarried couples and disputes regarding children and will often represent her clients at initial court hearings. Rashi appreciates that the process is understandably emotional and is able to deal with matters in a clear and empathetic way. Rashi advises on both pre-marital and cohabitation agreements to ensure that assets are protected in the best way for her clients.
Rashi is a member of Resolution and on the committee for Oxfordshire and is also a trustee of her local Citizens Advice Bureau.
