Megan English

Megan qualified as a Solicitor into the Corporate Team in September 2025 having completed her corporate focused training contract at Clifton Ingram LLP.

Megan regularly advises on share and asset disposals, management buyouts, share buybacks, re-organisations, and restructuring work.  Megan has experience in acting for both buyers and sellers across a wide range of sectors.

As well as her transactional work, Megan often advises on employee share option schemes and assists companies with corporate governance matters including advising and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

Megan holds a first-class honours degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Winchester, a distinction in her Legal Practice Course and a Masters of Law from the University of Law which she completed in 2024.

Megan is currently a governor at her former secondary school and a member of the Thames Valley Young Professional Committee.
