Lily Holland

Lily joined the department in April 2022 having completed her training contract at a leading Thames Valley Firm.

Lily regularly advises and assists on a wide variety of corporate matters including business and share sales and acquisitions, shareholders and joint venture agreements, share buy-backs, employment share option schemes and corporate restructuring.

Lily also has experience in negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial contracts, terms and conditions of trading, distribution agreements, franchise agreements and software contracts.
