Kathryn Rhodes is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team. She advises clients on all legal aspects of buying and selling both leasehold and freehold properties and also handles transfers of equity and remortgages.

With extensive experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, Kathryn works with a wide range of clients - from first‑time buyers taking their first step onto the property ladder to seasoned sellers and investors, managing more complex transactions. She is known for her clear, practical and easy‑to‑understand advice, ensuring that every stage of the conveyancing process is as smooth and as stress‑free as possible.

Kathryn qualified as Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) otherwise known as a Property Lawyer and has been a member of the Society for Licensed Conveyancers (Soc LC) since 2004.
