Gaye King

Gaye is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work.

With over two decades of experience, Gaye advises on acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, lease renewals and secured lending work and provides property assistance on corporate matters. She brings a strategic and commercial approach to her work, helping clients to navigate complex transactions efficiently and with confidence.

Gaye’s career spans a diverse range of roles, including working as an associate at both international and leading regional law firms, as well as serving as an in-house solicitor for a major UK self-storage company. This breadth of experience gives her valuable insight into the practical and commercial needs of her clients across various sectors.

Gaye holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from London Metropolitan University, completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 1996, and went on to gain a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Wolverhampton. She qualified as a solicitor in 2001.

Based in our Wokingham office, Gaye works with clients across the South East and beyond, providing pragmatic advice tailored to their business goals.
