Emelia is a Partner and Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham.

She handles a wide range of residential property work, with a particular specialism and focus on high value country estates and agricultural property.

Through the course of her career Emelia has acted for a diverse domestic and international client base. She has worked for several top law firms and has considerable experience dealing with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, including town and country houses, listed buildings and new-build properties. Emelia also has experience acting for private banks in connection with secured lending.

Emelia maintains strong relationships with estate agents in the local area, which she believes is essential to a smooth transaction.
