Elizabeth Hewitt

Elizabeth Hewitt is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Law department based in Wokingham, having qualified in September 2025. Elizabeth started out as a paralegal at Clifton Ingram in 2022 and completed her corporate-focussed training contract at the firm.

Elizabeth regularly advises on a variety of corporate matters including share and asset purchases, share buybacks, restructuring and insolvency work, and the incorporation, reconstitution, and winding-up of companies. Elizabeth also has experience in advising on companies’ articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.

Elizabeth holds a first-class Law degree from the University of Reading, completed in 2021, and earned a distinction in the Legal Practice Course with a Master of Laws from the University of Law in 2022.
