Angela Richardson

Angela Richardson is Clifton Ingram’s HR Manager, providing dedicated support to all colleagues across our Wokingham, Reading and Farnham offices. Known for her approachable style and people‑first mindset, Angela is committed to creating a positive, supportive and collaborative working environment throughout the Firm.

With over 20 years’ experience as a generalist HR practitioner, Angela has worked extensively across all areas of human resources. Her background includes handling complex employee relations matters, managing TUPE processes, leading change management initiatives, supporting business restructures and leading the implementation of HR Information Systems. She is passionate about helping people navigate challenges and finding practical, fair and human‑centred solutions.

Angela holds a CIPD Advanced Certificate and Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Before joining Clifton Ingram, Angela worked at CliniSys Solutions Limited and prior to that, Vail Williams Commercial Property Consultancy.
