As part of our community outreach, Clifton Ingram are holding a webinar on Emotional Wellbeing that gives useful techniques and tools to help your mental wellbeing and that of children or other dependants, especially during the challenging times we’re experiencing.

Many have found the past few months particularly difficult and, although we now have a roadmap out of the lockdown, there is still a road to travel.   Juggling working from home, home schooling and generally ensuring the wellbeing of our family has been difficult.  It is more important than ever to have the tools required to look after our mental wellbeing and that of our children.  This Webinar is being facilitated by Educating Matters - Rachel Vecht has a wealth of experience in this area and delivers her webinars to many schools and large national companies.  The first half covers our own wellbeing, the second gives techniques and tools to help children regulate their emotions and build resilience.

Topics will include:

  • Expectations, identity & mindset
  • Managing guilt & stress
  • Practical tools for self-care & good mental health
  • How to help children regulate emotions & build resilience
  • Using ‘Emotion Coaching’ with children to show empathy and understanding

There will be a Q&A at the end where you will have the opportunity to put your questions to Rachel and a post event handout is available for attendees.
