Jennifer Tigwell

Jennifer is an experienced solicitor specialising in a wide range of residential property transactions, with particular expertise in high-net-worth property matters.

She graduated with a Law degree from Swansea University before completing her LPC and Masters (LLM) at the University of Law, Guildford. Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in March 2018 and is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

Her expertise includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, non-statutory lease extensions, bridging finance, equity release transactions, unregistered land, listed buildings and new builds
