Holly Garner

Holly Garner is a Paralegal in the Residential Property team at Clifton Ingram. With more than eight years’ experience in property law, Holly supports clients on a wide range of residential property matters, including high-value estates and agricultural and rural properties. She also has experience in commercial property and private client work, giving her a broad understanding of the legal issues that can arise during property transactions.

Over the course of her career, Holly has developed extensive experience assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Her varied background enables her to provide practical support to clients while helping transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Holly is currently studying with CILEX Law School and is working towards becoming a CILEX Lawyer. She is also a member of CILEX, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering a high standard of service to clients.
