Emma Willoughby

Emma Willoughby is a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Conveyancing team at Clifton Ingram. Known for her technical precision and unwavering commitment to client care, Emma manages complex freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build and shared ownership properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity

Emma graduated from Reading University in 2012 with a 2:1 Law Degree and later achieved a Merit in the Graduate Track CILEX Conveyancing examination. She is currently preparing to complete her CILEX qualification and continues to develop and elevate her expertise within residential property law.

Emma began her career working on plot purchases and new build transactions, gaining specialist knowledge of a range of buyer schemes and with over a decade of experience in residential conveyancing, Emma now serves a diverse portfolio of clients, from first-time buyers navigating their first purchase to seasoned property investors, developers and downsizers.
