David Bradford

David Bradford is a Paralegal in the Corporate & Commercial team.

David has experience handling a wide range of small claims litigation matters, with particular expertise in defended claims. He supports clients throughout the litigation process, including liaising with counsel and analysing attendance notes and judgment orders to help progress cases efficiently and effectively.

David previously worked as a Senior Paralegal, managing a high volume of small claims litigation matters from inception through to resolution. This experience has provided him with a strong understanding of dispute resolution procedures and client-focused case management.

He holds an LLB in Law with Business Studies from the University of Birmingham and has successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) 1. David intends to continue his professional development by undertaking SQE 2 in the future.
