Spencer Grimshaw

Spencer has specialised in commercial property for over 30 years and has a broad spectrum of experience in this area.

He has previously worked at large West End and City law firms, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions, and acting for several national and multi-national clients.

His experience includes property development sales and purchases (option and promotion agreements and conditional contracts) and work specifically in the retail and leisure sectors. Spencer qualified as a solicitor in 1987. He has a law degree from Cardiff University and completed his Law Society Final Exams at Guildford College of Law.
