Rachael is highly experienced in advising on divorce, the finances on divorce, pre- and postnuptial agreements, children issues following the breakdown of a relationship and cohabitation disputes.  She has over 16 years’ experience in these areas. 

Rachael specialises in advising clients on the financial aspects of divorce and child arrangements disputes.

She is accredited by Resolution as a specialist family lawyer, a qualified collaborative lawyer and a member of the Law Society Family Panel. 

Rachael studied Mathematics at the University of Surrey before completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the College of Law in Guildford and qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.

Rachael is a Family and Divorce solicitor based in Clifton ingram’s Farnham office.
