Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and has experience in all areas of family law. He advises on divorce, dissolution and financial relief including maintenance pending suit (interim maintenance) and high net worth clients. His private law children work includes complex cases with multiple parties, application for leave to remove a child permanently from the Jurisdiction, seek and find applications to locate children, prohibited steps applications to prevent the removal of children, Parental and Step-Parental Responsibility Agreements, Specific Issue application such as change of name, contact and residence disputes. Nick also acts for parents and grandparents in Children Act proceedings and advises on Special Guardianship applications.

Nick is a member of the Law Society Family Panel and Children Panel, the Thames Valley Family Law Society and the Association of Lawyers for Children. He is also a trained Mediator, a Collaborative Lawyer and an accredited specialist with Resolution.
