Matthew obtained a Law degree from Exeter University and subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at BB Law school in London Waterloo in 2014, qualifying as a solicitor in 2017.

Matthew has gained considerable experience in all aspects of Commercial Property, including acting for both developers and landowners in high value transactions relating to the acquisition and disposal of land for development and for both Landlords and occupiers when dealing with commercial business premises. Matthew is approachable and efficient and thoroughly enjoys progressing transactions through to a successful conclusion for his clients.
