Joel advises on a wide variety of corporate matters including business and share sales and acquisitions, shareholding and joint venture agreements and corporate restructuring. He also has experience negotiating and drafting bespoke commercial contracts, terms and conditions of trading, distribution agreements, franchise agreements and software contracts. Joel has also been involved in and advises on various corporate insolvency matters.
