Hazel acts for clients in relation to divorce, dissolution and financial relief including maintenance pending suit, separation and cohabitation, pre and post-nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, acting for both applicants and respondents in non-molestation and occupation applications.
Hazel also represents clients in relation to private law children matters including complex cases with multiple parties, applications for leave to remove a child permanently from the Jurisdiction, seek and find applications to locate children, prohibited steps applications to prevent the removal of children, parental and step-parental responsibility agreements, specific issue applications such as change of name, contact and residence disputes, financial applications in relation to children and special guardianship applications.
Hazel is a qualified Collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution and Thames Valley Family Law Society. Hazel qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives/Chartered Legal Executive in 2004 having studied at Kingsway Princeton College in London.
Hazel is based in Clifton Ingram’s Reading office.
