Clifton Ingram’s Tier 1 Family Department grows with the appointment of Danielle Bentley as a Senior Associate

Clifton Ingram LLP, the Thames Valley law firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Danielle Bentley as a solicitor in its Legal 500 Tier 1 Family department.

Danielle joins the Family team as a Senior Associate in the Reading office and will work closely with team head, Kate Grant.  Like Kate, Danielle’s particular focus is in relation to the financial issues arising on relationship breakdowns, for both married and unmarried couples.  She also has a wealth of experience advising on pre and post nuptial settlements, together with cohabitation agreements, in all cases as a means of limiting potential future disputes and children disputes.

Danielle is also a family mediator and currently working towards accreditation.

A Resolution accredited specialist in complex financial proceedings and private children matters Danielle plays an active role in the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire regional Resolution group as Secretary for the regional committee, often involving organising training and events for local practitioners

Clifton Ingram Head of Reading Family, Kate Grant said, “The COVID-19 pandemic has seen an increased demand for our services in the Family department and Danielle’s arrival will ensure that we continue to be able to meet clients’ expectations in a timely manner and to our usual high standard.  On a positive Covid note, the pandemic has taught us all to work better remotely and flexibly and therefore it is undoubtedly the case that Danielle will also be able to assist the Wokingham team as necessary.  We have spent a considerable time searching for the right candidate to join us at this level and are confident that Danielle is a perfect fit for this role. We look forward to her being with us for many years to come.”
