If you have accepted a job offer you are likely to be presented with a Contract of Employment either before or after you start your new job. Alternatively, you might already be in a job and be presented with a fresh contract with new or changed terms. Some of these may be acceptable to you, some not.
If, when you are asked to sign a contract or a new contract, you are unhappy or unclear about some of the terms, what are you going to do? You may feel reluctant to raise the matter with your Employer (especially a new one) or you may not know where you stand.
