Emma is an Associate Solicitor in the Tax Planning, Wills & Probate department and has over 10 years’ experience in advising upon the full range of private and elderly client matters. Emma specialises will drafting, estate administration, contested wills and estates, asset protection and related income and capital tax planning advice for UK individuals and family trusts.
Emma is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having successfully completed the society’s two year admission diploma. Emma is also an associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the blue ribbon standard for solicitors specialising in contentious trusts and probate. Additionally, Emma has membership of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Private Client Section.
