Anita is an Associate Solicitor in the Tax Planning, Wills and Probate Department. She has over 15 years experience of advising on a wide range of private client matters including will drafting, estate administration, intestate estates,succession planning, lifetime gifts and asset protection, powers of attorney, Court of Protection Deputyship applications, Inheritance Act claims, trusts and related matters.
Anita has had articles published in a variety of magazines on both legal and non-legal topics. She is currently working towards her Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Diploma and is a student member of the Society.
