Anita is an Associate Solicitor in the Tax Planning, Wills and Probate Department. She has over 20 years experience in advising on will drafting, estate administration, intestate estates, lifetime gifts and asset protection, powers of attorney, Court of Protection deputyship applications, trusts and related matters.
