CLIFTON INGRAM SOLICITOR MAKES ‘TOP 35 UNDER 35’ LIST
Reading and Wokingham Solicitors, Clifton Ingram LLP, are pleased to announce that Stuart Adams, a Solicitor Advocate at the firm, has been selected for this year’s ‘Top 35 under 35’ list published by the highly regarded publication Private Client Practitioner.
Nominations for inclusion on the list are received from all around the world for young and upcoming stars within the private client advisory professions, be they lawyers, accountants or other professional intermediaries. The final list of 35 men and women is designed to identify, recognise and promote the future key players of the private client professions.
Stuart is a Solicitor-Advocate in Clifton Ingram’s Tax Planning, Wills & Probate department and specialises in tax and succession planning, probate, Wills and trusts with particular expertise in contentious matters.
His experience extends to advising beneficiaries, executors and trustees when disputes arise over trusts, probates and estates. Stuart also advises on issues relating to validity of Wills and bringing and defending claims under the Inheritance Act.
Stuart is qualified to represent clients as an advocate in the higher courts (including the Supreme Court) of England and Wales. He is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an Associate member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
