Clifton Ingram’s Commercial Property team, led by Tim Read, has recently acted for landowner clients on their sale of a 34 hectare parcel of land at Matthewsgreen Farm, Wokingham.
The sale involved two transactions, one to Bovis Homes (in 2015) and one to Gleeson Developments (in July 2016).
Bovis Homes and Gleeson Developments have had plans for 760 homes and associated infrastructure, including new shops and a primary school, approved by Wokingham Borough Council in line with the Council’s commitment to provide around 1500 new homes as part of its adopted core strategy.
