The Insolvency team is made up of specialists in both contentious and no-contentious aspects of insolvency law and advises on all aspects of corporate insolvency based work, from rescue and reconstruction to formal insolvency procedures.
We are able to draw on the resources of other teams on issues such as debt recovery, corporate finance, property, employment, intellectual property and licensing and regularly act for insolvency practitioners, charge holders, creditors, debtors, partnerships, directors, companies and LLPs.
